I grew up in a small town back when “buying local” was all we did.  My dad was a local business owner who knew and did business with all the other local business owners.  When we needed furniture we went downtown to see Mr. Roberts at Roberts’ Furniture store, who, by the way, also owned and operated the funeral home.   When we needed clothing, we went to Manning’s General Store.  Kirk’s Drug Store provided the pharmacy for medications.  Box’s Jewelry Store offered the fancier things, and of course, the Dime Store was my favorite!  Most everybody knew everybody else and most everybody could trust everybody else.

Why the trip down memory lane?  A while back, I needed a new mattress, so I went to the “number one mattress dealer” in Michigan.  The salesperson greeted me as I came into the store and asked how he could help me.  I explained what I was interested in and why.  Over the course of the next ten minutes I was told how I was completely wrong about what I wanted, that there was no way that I could possible understand what I needed, and that he would proceed to guide me to the only solution possible.   Needless to say, I politely excused myself and walked out of the store.

It’s fun to reminisce (and vent!).   The point is that we at Aria On-Site understand in this modern, often impersonal day and age that trust is important and should still be earned.

The above is an example of what Aria On-Site technicians will not do.  We are asking you to invite us into your home.  We will not make you feel like a prisoner in your own home with overly aggressive sales tactics.  Yes, our technicians are knowledgeable about the finest and most up to date products in window blind fashions.  But, your Aria On-Site representative is trained to listen, answer your questions, and offer you choices based on your needs – not to tell you how mistaken you are in what you really want or need.

We want to be a part of a positive experience, to develop a long-term professional relationship, so you will be happy to have us back to clean and maintain your new blinds.

Give us a call, we’d be happy to get to know you!
