When was the last time you had a good experience with a salesperson?

I grew up in a small town back when “buying local” was all we did.  My dad was a local business owner who knew and did business with all the other local business owners.  When we needed furniture we went downtown to see Mr. Roberts at Roberts’ Furniture store, who, by the way, also owned and operated the funeral home.   When we needed clothing, we went to Manning’s General Store.  Kirk’s Drug Store provided the pharmacy for medications.  Box’s Jewelry ...
